Lino says since breaking away from the constraints of a franchise, Dress Your Space has been able to offer its customers the highest level of service.
“We are no longer part of a national franchise and we are a locally owned group,” he says.
“We care more, so it’s more hands on.
“It’s all family here.”
Lino says Dress Your Space’s after-sales care is second to none.
“We pride ourselves on our customer service,” he says.
“We give a lot of knowledge to our customers so we teach them to care for the product and to get the longest life out of it.
“A lot of our business are repeat customers so we must be doing something right, although first-time customers will be cared in the same way.”
