With the winter season in action, now is the best time to think about landscaping projects, says the team at Buildpro Geelong.

Highton couple Ari and Arja opened Geelong’s first Buildpro franchise after being approached by Buildpro’s head office last year.
“Buildpro are probably the most professional building and landscape supplier that I’ve ever seen and worked with,” Ari says.
“So when the opportunity came up to open a franchise we immediately jumped at it.”
Since opening 12 months ago, the Grovedale store has received “wonderful” support from the Geelong community, Ari says.
“The local trades, developers, architects and builders are really enjoying having access to new and innovative products that weren’t available in Geelong before,” he says.
Ari has more than 30 years’ experience in the building industry, including working as an architectural draftsman.
The couple, co-owner David Hazle and customer service manager Kate Douglas, have more than 90 years’ experience combined selling building products.
Ari says Buildpro Geelong is passionate about providing quality customer service.
“The difference is our after sales service, we think it’s the best on the market,” he says.
“As we run and own the store we deal with all our clients directly.
“We provide helpful advice and support whether you’re looking to build, renovate or landscape.”
With a purpose-built indoor showroom and interactive outside display, Buildpro Geelong offers an extensive range of products that cater for all, Ari says.
“Some of our supplies include porcelain, masonry and natural stone pavers, retaining walls, cladding material and clay bricks, with more products being offered regularly,” he says.
“From designers to architects, small to large builders and also the mums and dads, we can help with any building project no matter how big or small.”
Ari says the Geelong store has handpicked the “best” suppliers that Buildpro has access to.
“Buildpro Geelong is the preferred suppliers of many products such as multi-award-winning Krause Bricks, Dulux Exsulite Acra-Tex System, New Tech Wood composite decking and GuardIt’s environmentally-friendly range of cleaners and sealers,” he explains.
Buildpro first formed in 2004 from a group of long-standing, reputable business owners experienced in the building trade with now 18 stores across Victoria, South Australia and NSW.
Buildpro Geelong is located at 19 Wilray St Grovedale and is open from 8am to 5pm Monday to Thursday, 8am to 4:30pm on Friday and 9:30am to 12pm on Saturday.
