In June 2018 Simonds Homes announced a national first Lifetime Structural Guarantee on every new home the company builds.
The guarantee applies to all new homes built in Victoria, New South Wales, Queensland and South Australia making Simonds Homes the first volume national builder to give a Lifetime Structural Guarantee to the original homeowner.
“Regulations require all builders to provide a minimum structural guarantee, but we felt it was not enough for our clients,” Simonds Managing Director Kelvin Ryan said.
“We decided to take the guarantee a step further at a time when people are looking for more security and we are happy to provide it.”
Since 1949 Simonds Homes have been committed to high-quality workmanship and have provided a range of assurances for all homes they build.
“You don’t get to be a part of the industry for as long as we have without doing an excellent job,” Mr Ryan said.
