Customise a design
Select a beautiful facade, then customise the paint, brickwork and cladding by choosing from one of Simonds’ professional themes. Then go inside to customise the interior and select flooring.
Lock in your price
Secure a fixed-price home and options with a $500 preliminary fee. Xpress by Simonds offers a fixed price contract and a 20-week Build Time Guarantee.
Provide land info
Simonds need to work with you on your site costs to be sure you know about every cost that will be incurred.

Sign the contract
