“Some retailers will say you have to wait up to eight weeks,“ Christine says.
“We carry our own stock. There are very few items we need to order in – 95 per cent of the time it’s all available now.“

“Being a family owned and operated business, we’re very hands on and we pride ourselves on excellent customer service,“ Christine says.
“A lot of people like the fact that they get that personalised service. The after-service is very important for us, too.
“If there’s an issue we will make sure we do everything we can to resolve it and follow through.
“As a result, we get a lot of feedback on our great customer and after service.“
