For the team at Regional Conveyancing our job is not about paperwork; it’s about homes and people.

At our company the direction is toward the cloud, the digital and electronic cloud that is, the new medium for conveyancing.

To create the environment for this exciting new approach, Regional Conveyancing has established a strong team that is connected to this new development in the industry.

Titles are now a digital signature in a network of electronic signals.

Leading the way, we have engaged new conveyancing software along with the digital platform of Property Exchange Australia (PEXA).

And the benefits come back to our clients through:

* titles registered immediately on settlement;

* no more running around collecting bank cheques;

* reduction in time and cost spent chasing banks (both discharging and loan advances) and other parties;

* the ability for all participants to view the electronic work space and assess needs and document creation in real time;

* no more exchanging documents at settlement, as all documents are now digitally stored in the work space;

* multiple updates on your phone as the file proceeds toward settlement; and

* immediate distribution of the funds from a sale on settlement.
