Best of both worlds at Coridale

Villawood's new Coridale estate will have the best of both worlds, between the bush and the city at Lara.

Lara will soon host a new community, Coridale, with a multi-million resort-style residents’ club and signature award-winning features by Australia’s leading developer.

The Villawood Properties project, bordered by O’Hallorans and Windermere roads, will build more than 1150 premium residential homes in the rapidly-growing Lara West precinct.

Villawood, with 20 industry awards for its cutting-edge communities, is powerfully community-driven and environmentally-focussed with its projects.

Coridale will feature stunning landscaping, parks, tracks, plantings and events in addition to its residential hub, making the community the showcase of Lara’s new housing projects.

Villawood executive director Rory Costelloe says Coridale offers the best of rural and city life, with proximity to services, transport, shopping, health, education, sports and entertainment.

“It also has schools, medical centres, a new shopping centre, sports grounds, a hotel and numerous sports clubs,” he says.

“And Coridale is less than 20 minutes from Geelong and its CBD.”

Coridale is setting new standards in Lara, especially with the estate’s residents’ club, Mr Costelloe says.

“It will give the new community a real people focus. It will be a great place for parents and kids to make new friends, socialise, play, and keep fit and healthy.

Coridale will suit “people who have pride in their own property and who care for their neighbours”, Mr Costelloe says.

“Villawood is all about building sustainable communities and our primary focus is making sure people live in a place where they really want to be.”

Just down the road, Serendip Sanctuary is home to 150 species of birds and native animals including emus, tawny frogmouths and eastern grey kangaroos.

Also nearby is spectacular You Yangs Regional Park, featuring 50km of tracks through wild eucalyptus bushland and breathtaking views.

Lara also offers proximity and accessibility to the major employment hubs of western and inner-Melbourne thanks to strategic transport infrastructure across road, rail, port and domestic and international air.
